Uxie Design provides registered users with access to a curated library of free and premium design assets—including Figma, Webflow, and Framer components, as well as downloadable templates. Access to premium assets and features is available through a paid subscription plan.
3.
License and Permitted Use
3.1
License Grant
Upon your account registration and, where applicable, subscription payment, Uxie Design grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to copy, use, modify, and incorporate our components and templates ("Assets") into your personal and commercial projects. This license is subject to the restrictions set forth below.
3.2
Restrictions
Redistribution: You may not redistribute, resell, or share our Assets as standalone products or in any form that competes with Uxie Design. Modification and Derivative Works: While you may modify the Assets to suit your projects, any derivative work must not be marketed or sold as a substitute for the original Assets.
4.
Subscription, Payment, and Non-Refundable Policy
4.1
Subscription Terms
Access: Premium features, including enhanced downloads and additional templates/components, are available via a paid subscription.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as selected during signup) unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that time.
4.2
Payment and Non-Refundable Fees
Payment Methods: Payments are processed via secure third-party providers.
Non-Refundable: All subscription fees are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage.
Changes in Fees: Uxie Design reserves the right to adjust subscription fees with advance notice to current subscribers.

User Accounts and Security
5.1
Account Registration
To access certain features of our Service, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
5.2
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Uxie Design is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property
6.1
All content, design elements, and Assets provided by Uxie Design are the property of Uxie Design or our licensors. Except for the license granted herein, no other rights or licenses are granted. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices contained in the Assets.
7.
User-Generated Content
7.1
If you submit or post any content (e.g., feedback, comments, or project files) to Uxie Design ("User Content"), you grant Uxie Design a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such User Content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

Termination

Uxie Design reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that Uxie Design, in its sole discretion, believes violates these Terms or may harm other users or the Service. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer
The Service and all Assets are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Uxie Design be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Uxie Design, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Uxie Design may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Mumbai, India.
